Our Story

Stethy’s journey began not in a boardroom, but in the busy wards of a hospital. Our founder, Dr. Rishi Verma, experienced first-hand the challenges of healthcare when, as a junior doctor, he watched precious time for patient care slip away under the weight of endless administrative tasks. Frustrated by how these manual processes diverted dedicated professionals from their true calling, Rishi asked, “There has to be a better way.

”Rishi envisioned leveraging technology, asking, "Why can't we automate these repetitive, manual tasks so that we, as clinicians, can dedicate our skills and energy to what truly matters – taking care of our patients? "Driven by a desire to refocus clinical energy on what truly matters—patient care—he implemented AI to automate the repetitive tasks that bog down healthcare providers. By freeing clinicians from administrative burdens, this approach promised to improve patient safety, enhance compliance, and boost overall productivity.

That singular insight—the drive to solve real-world workflow challenges in critical environments—ignited the creation of Stethy. Today, that vision remains at the heart of our mission, as we empower industry professionals to operate at their best.

Rishi is a physician and an aerospace engineer whose firsthand experience working in the wards of busy hospitals inspired him to transform healthcare workflows through technology.
